2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen items), unless damaged or incorrect

  • Orders where the issue is reported after the allowed time window

  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase


3. Time Limit to Raise a Refund Request

  • Any issues related to quality, damage, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for a refund.


4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact DehatMall customer support through the app or website.

  2. Provide order details and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Upload images, if requested, to support the claim.

Once verified, DehatMall will initiate the refund as per this policy.


5. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, wallet credit, or other supported methods.

  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.


6. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of the order is affected (such as a missing or damaged item), partial refunds may be issued for the affected items only.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before processing, subject to availability and operational constraints.

  • Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

  • If an order is canceled by DehatMall, a full refund will be issued.


8. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Actual credit time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.


9. Abuse of Refund Policy

DehatMall reserves the right to refuse refunds or suspend accounts found to be misusing or abusing the refund policy.

DehatMall may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective once posted on the Platform.
