DehatMall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be providing false or misleading information.
DehatMall provides quick-commerce grocery delivery services through partner vendors and delivery partners.
Delivery timelines (such as 40 minutes) are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, availability, or other unforeseen factors.
Product images are for representation purposes only and actual products may vary slightly.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
Payments can be made through available online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (if enabled).
Orders once placed may not be canceled or modified after processing, except as permitted under our cancellation policy.
DehatMall reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to DehatMall’s refund and return policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Perishable items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
Upload or transmit any harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of DehatMall or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using DehatMall, you consent to such data practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DehatMall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
Use or inability to use the Platform
Delays or failures in delivery
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in product information
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DehatMall, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
DehatMall reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
